Americans are notorious for snacking. In other parts of the world, snacks are not consumed on a regular basis like in the states.  Hummus is a high protein and low-calorie healthy snack. It also helps balance a person’s blood sugar so it’s diabetic friendly. Olive oil contains healthy fats and is a core ingredient in hummus.
