The PHR Plus platform has a customizable activity challenges tool! In a case study conducted with OnePath Life Insurance, thousands of selected OneCare customers who can use wearable fitness devices or a mobile phone fitness application to track their steps, participated in the 3-month challenge. The challenge offered participants a $10 or $40 (Aus) WISH e-gift card each time they reach 10 days of a minimum 10,000 steps per day and at the end of the challenge participants were asked to complete a brief survey.

 

The survey showed:

89% of users increased activity levels

55% user engagement sustained over 9-month period

58% were more likely to keep their policy

 

 

The PHR Platform also provides a personalized news feed to engage users in their specific health conditions. PHR Plus wanted to make one single portal where you can find healthy lifestyle recommendations, education materials on specific medical conditions or treatment, access to research articles, and the latest information about new products that could be beneficial.

But more than engagement at the core of PHR Plus is a centralized personal health record. PHR Plus was designed to give the user one place to keep all of their important medical information, to make it as easy as possible to share medical and health data with their medical providers. PHR Plus allows the user to sync data from multiple providers and pharmacies to have secure access to all of their medical data in one location. Users also have the ability to securely send new data, such as blood pressure statistics, to their provider.
