The challenge offered participants a $10 or $40 (Aus) WISH e-gift card each time they reach 10 days of a minimum 10,000 steps per day and at the end of the challenge participants were asked to complete a brief survey.

55% user engagement sustained over 9-month period

58% were more likely to keep their policy
